Use of GMIIE Intelligence
Clear rules for citing, embedding, and commercializing GMIIE outputs. Free editorial use with attribution; permission required for white-label and API commercialization.
How to cite (editorial — free)
For articles, newsletters, podcasts, and academic work, use this citation pattern:
Example: GMIIE, "Institutional Intelligence — WBG · IMF · WEF," xxxiii.io, 31 May 2026, NIG +28, R3 Deployment ODV 0.71. https://xxxiii.io/institutions
Link back to the specific page or API snapshot you relied on. If citing a live reading, note the generated_at timestamp from /api/gmiie/live/engine or the IPFS CID from /api/ipfs/latest.
What is free
- Short quotations of published text (fair use / fair dealing in your jurisdiction).
- Referencing public formula names and high-level definitions from Methodology.
- Quoting current NIG, ring scores, PCS, GCS, ODV, CFS, and Oracle consensus percentages as reported on official pages.
- Linking to GMIIE desks (Fraud, Legislative, Athletics, CBDC, Engine) with standard attribution.
What requires permission
- White-label dashboards — any product displaying GMIIE branding, scores, or desk feeds under another brand.
- Commercial API use — paid apps, terminals, or data feeds redistributing
/api/gmiie/*beyond personal research. - Bulk export / training — systematic download of archives for ML training or competing intelligence products.
- Trademark use — GMIIE, GMIIE Pulse, NIG, or desk logos in your marketing without license.

IP ownership
GMIIE formula nomenclature (NIG, CFS, ODV, PCS, CATS, SFI, PCSG, GCS, etc.), ring architecture (R1–R5), module taxonomy (M-01–M-27), Oracle consequence-chain structure, and editorial compilations are proprietary to FTH / GMIIE unless otherwise stated.
Institutional formulas referenced on Institutions (IMF Taylor rule, DSA law of motion, WEF risk graph) remain attributed to their source documents; GMIIE extensions (tanh NIG composite, live GCS decay, Markov labor formalization) are GMIIE layers.
User-submitted fraud checks and Oracle predictions may be aggregated anonymously for calibration; see Terms for submission rules.
Verification when republishing
Before republishing a GMIIE reading off-platform, verify the source URL is listed on Authenticity and, when available, match the IPFS CID or engine fingerprint to the official API response.
